Map Skills Reflection
While learning the basic map skills I found many things that were both easy and challenging. One thing that I found easy while doing basic map skills was compass rose because I already knew how to use one so it was mostly just review. I also found continents and oceans easy because just like the compass rose, I had some background knowledge in that particular topic. The last thing that was easy was the key because it was pretty self explanatory, all you had to do was put the things that you had on your map in a section so that people understood what was what on your map. Something that was more difficult was challenging was longitude and latitude. I struggled with this especially on my project when I had to find specific coordinates and then match it up with another coordinate that was almost exactly the same, and I also had to find out which way the lines were going on my map.
